You’ll Need:
- Pipe cleaners in an array of colours (it took around seven to cover the band before adding the features.)
- Any details – googly eyes, sequins, felt hearts, etc.
What to do:
- Start at one end of the headband bending the pipe cleaner around and around until the entire band is covered.
- Bend additional pipe cleaners into ears, crowns, antennae, etc. and wrap around the band to secure in place.
- Our googly eyes slipped over the end of the pipe cleaner, but PVA would work just as well.
