W.E. Newton Reserve on Point Nepean Rd is an older style park needing a bit of maintenance. There are tables, BBQs, toilets and a grassed area. Handy location to the Portsea General Store which does nice coffee. Also adjacent to the Portsea Pier for a nice walk to watch people diving.
